CBRE has been a longstanding client of Art Seen since the early 2000s. In 2017 their Water Garden campus engaged with Art Seen to curate an annual art exhibition. Each year, Art Seen presents a group of four artists who produce original large scale works for Water Garden's main building lobbies. This ongoing project has provided both local and international artists with the opportunity to showcase large-scale works publicly.
